Hi all! Many have asked "hey, isn't anything going on that's fun for drinkers and trail r*nners?". Revamped site, instagram - meatup, and bookface now include Utica H3 events, H3 road trips planned, trail r*ce trips planned, other H3 events going on, local and travel trail r*ce information, and Utica area drinking events. If you want something added to this list, just let us know! We also have a whatsapp for trail announcements and other Utica area things going on, message onetrickdick.soh4@gmail.com to join that.
We heart visitors and setting up drinking practice when out of towners are in the area. If y'all want a trail or drinking practice, let us know when and where and will make it happen.
Rumors of our demise are mildly exaggerated! We had our 10th anniversary Little Black Dress Run for Charity in April 2024 and have several fun things planned, check the instagram or facebook accounts for more details!

2025 things:
Sunday May 18 - Utica > 0 H3 #73 - Trenton Falls !
When: Sunday May 18, meet at noon on out 1239.
Where: hhh will be on ground to meet at lot across from 8485 Trenton Falls Road, Barneveld NY . https://maps.app.goo.gl/
Parking may be weird , the lot at Trenton Falls Scenic area 1/4 mile up the road is available that day if parking at start and street parking are not available.
What: OTD setting a trail that will include playing at Swale Pond Bird Conservatory, creekwalk, and playing in / around Trenton Chasm before we go on hare to check out Trenton Falls Scenic Trails that are only open 4 days a year . Bring a vessel for that section if you want :) $5 for trail, more (cash) for concessions up at scenic trails usually
Theme: Will be around muggles for last section so limit anything too exciting.
Bring: whistle, vessel, change of clothes, towel, change of shoes, money for trail , money for after.
Prelube: Erie Canal Race is at 8 am if that’s your thing. Woodland opens at 11.
After : Woodland Farm Brewery (6002 Trenton Rd, Utica, NY 13502). Charlie and the Meatballs start playing at 2 pm . Utica H3 now has two houses within 2 miles of there :)

Sat Aug 2 ANC Memorial trail in Herkimer (and probably after after crashspace at OTDs etc back in Utica). Joint trail with SOH4 and HMH3 (first one in 10 years for all 3 kennels!!!)
Save the Date: Riggie 5k / RiggieFest is Sunday Oct 12 . Postlube likely at Utica area hashers houses.
